Terms and Conditions for Appointment Scheduling

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our appointment scheduling service (“Service”), powered by Microsoft Bookings.
The Service is offered by Livia Lau Consulting, doing business as Elivate (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Use of the Service

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.

  • Booking Process: Appointments can be scheduled through direct email links, our public booking page, or invitations.

  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide complete and accurate information when booking an appointment.

  • Changes and Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule appointments in accordance with our cancellation policy at the time of booking. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Limitation of Liability

While we aim to provide reliable access to the Service, we are not liable for:

  • System outages or errors preventing bookings

  • Delayed or missed appointments caused by technical issues or third-party providers

  • Cancellations due to external factors beyond our control

4. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
