This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you register for the 6D Tech Leader Assessment.   • Feedback Provider Information: If you invite feedback providers, we collect their names and email addresses.

  • Process invitations to your selected feedback providers

  • Shared with trusted third-party service providers who help deliver the assessment experience (e.g., form tools, data processing)

All third-party providers are contractually obligated to follow data protection standards.

  • Jotform – Form data capture

  • Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive) – Data storage and analysis

  • Outlook/Microsoft 365 – Communications and reporting

We implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal data.
Your information is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law. It is then securely deleted.

  • EU Residents (GDPR): You may also have rights to data portability and to object to certain processing activities.

  • California Residents (CCPA): You may request access to or deletion of personal data collected about you.

Consent can be withdrawn at any time, though doing so may limit your ability to complete the assessment.
