By registering for and using the 6D Tech Leader Assessment, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Use of the Service

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information

  • You are responsible for managing your own account access and confidentiality

  • You agree not to misuse or disrupt the service or assist others in doing so

3. Intellectual Property

All content, structure, and tools provided in connection with the assessment are the intellectual property of Livia Lau Consulting or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without explicit written permission.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee outcomes, accuracy of responses, or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
Our total liability is limited to any fees paid by you for the assessment (if applicable).

6. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
Disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts within British Columbia.
